The Hand Pain Group is a private, patient-led community who share information, tips and support.
We are centered around hand pain rather than a single condition because many people have multiple conditions like Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Trigger Finger and RSI.
As a Hand Pain group member, you can post questions and tag our resident Certified Hand Therapist Trevor, who pops into the group each week. Answers are posted in the group so that everyone can benefit.
