Reduce Hand Pain and Swelling In Comfort and Style

Joint pain affects over 90 million Americans. Everyday activities like typing and texting take their toll on our hands, especially as we get older.

Hand pain can be debilitating, making it difficult to do everyday activities like texting and typing, cooking and cleaning, and hobbies like knitting and crafting. Most treatments for hand pain involve taking pills, or even worse invasive injections or surgeries.

What if there was a simpler option?

Designed by a hand therapist, Grace & Able’s Compression Gloves relieve hand pain and swelling through gentle compression so you can get back to doing the things you love.

They gently push fluid through joints and improve circulation to keep fingers flexible and supported.

Made of a breathable cotton-stretch fabric, the gloves are soft on sore hands, keeping you comfy all day long.

Plus, they come in 5 sizes, and 8 gorgeous colors to match your clothes, mood and style.

How Our Compression Gloves Help Reduce Hand Pain & Swelling

We engineer our gloves to target the source of your pain. By applying gentle pressure and support to your joints, they help alleviate inflammation, reduce swelling, and improve blood flow.

Gentle compression pushes fluid through joints and increases circulation which in turn reduces pain and stiffness.

Along with decreasing pain, Compression Gloves increase mobility and dexterity, and renew your sense of independence.

Our gloves also provide warmth and comfort and are a soothing alternative to more invasive pain relief methods

Don’t let hand pain stop you from enjoying your life. Grace & Able Compression Gloves keep your fingers flexible and supported, so you can keep doing the things you love for longer whether that’s typing, texting, knitting or any other activity.

Together, Sarah and Trevor started Grace & Able, with a mission to empower people with arthritis.

Find Your Compression Glove Size

Measure around your knuckles at the widest point of your hand.

1. Wrap a tape measure around your knuckles to measure the circumference.
2. Compare to the Size Chart.
3. If you are between sizes, choose the smaller one. If you have active inflammation in your hands or plan to wear the gloves at night, size up, as hands can swell while you sleep.

Find Your Compression Glove Fit

bulletpoint
The most important thing is how the glove feels on your hand.
bulletpoint
A well-fit compression glove should feel like it’s giving your hand a gentle hug.
bulletpoint
Find a size that fits snuggly but still allows you to move and flex your fingers.

It's easy to overestimate how much compression you need to reduce swelling and pain. The lymphatic system in the hand is made up of very small vessels that don’t like to be squished by excessive pressure.

If you feel any increased pain, numbness and tingling in your fingertips, your compression gloves are likely too tight. Take off the gloves and find the size that fits your hands.

If you are not feeling any compression at all, the gloves are too large. You can exchange your size for free up to 30 days after purchase.

Frequently Asked Questions

We want to make sure you're fully informed, so we answered some of the most common questions our customers had.

How Fast Will I Feel Better?

About 5 minutes. You should feel an immediate 'hug for your hand' effect when you first wear the gloves.

After an hour or two you should notice a decrease in swelling if you have active inflammation in your fingers.

For the greatest benefit we suggest wearing Grace & Able Compression Gloves when you are doing tasks that require repetitive motions in your hands and fingers, to support your joints and prevent damage.

Can I Sleep In Compression Gloves?

Yes, you can wear your Grace & Able Compression Gloves while you sleep! They can help to relieve morning stiffness in the fingers. Hands can swell up overnight, so you may find that you need to size up if you are wearing Compression Gloves in bed.

Will Compression Gloves Work For Swollen Knuckles?

The gloves have some ease to them, so they will accommodate a certain level of swelling and / or finger deformity.

They are sized to provide gentle compression for 'normal sized' hands, so we recommend buying for your hand size when it is unswollen. If you need to switch it out to another size, we can do that for free, just contact support@graceandable.com for assistance.

How Do I Choose The Right Size Compression Gloves?

How Do I Wash My Compression Gloves?

We recommend hand washing your Compression Gloves in lukewarm water and then air drying.

We understand that people living with hand pain conditions may find hand washing difficult. If hand washing is not an option for you, the next best thing is to wash on delicate wash in the washing machine on a low temperature and then air dry.

We do not recommend putting Compression Gloves in a hot wash or in the tumble dryer as they may shrink and / or lose their compression.

Can I Exchange My Compression Gloves if I Get The Wrong Size?

Grace & Able offers a free 30-day return and exchange policy. To exchange your Compression Gloves for a different size, head over to our return portal and we will send you a free shipping label. You can also contact support@graceandable.com for assistance with returns and exchanges - we're here to help!
