How to measure for Compression Gloves

Measure around your knuckles at the widest point of your hand.

• Wrap a tape measure around your knuckles to measure the circumference.
• Compare to the Size Chart above.
• If you are between sizes, choose the smaller one. If you have active inflammation in your hands and / or plan to wear them overnight (when hands can swell), size up.

How tight should Compression Gloves be?

• The most important thing is how the glove feels on your hand.
• A well-fit compression glove should feel like it’s giving your hand a gentle hug.
• Find a size that fits snuggly but still allows you to move and live your life. 

It's easy to overestimate how much compression you need to reduce swelling and pain. The lymphatic system in the hand is made up of very small vessels that don’t like to be squished by excessive pressure. 

If you are between sizes, and have active inflammation or will wear the gloves overnight, it's better to size up. If you are familiar with Compression Gloves, and enjoy a snug fit, size down.

How to tell if your Compression Gloves are too small

If you feel any increased pain or numbness and tingling in your fingertips, it’s likely that your compression gloves are too tight.

It is important that you take off the gloves and find the size that fits your hands.

How to measure for Cold Therapy Compression Sleeve for Thumb & Wrist

1. Wrap a tape measure around your wrist to measure the circumference.
   
2. Compare to the Size Chart above.
3. If you are between sizes, it's better to size down.

How to measure for Cold Therapy Compression Sleeve for Knee

1. Wrap a tape measure around your legs just above your knee.
   
2. Compare to the Size Chart above.
3. If you are between sizes, it's better to size down.

Size Chart: Wrist Braces

How to measure for Wrist Braces

1. Wrap a tape measure around your knuckles to measure the circumference at the widest point of your hand.
   
2. Then use the tape measure to measure the circumference of your wrist.
3. Compare to the Size Chart above.
4. If you are between sizes, it's better to size up.

How tight should you fasten your Wrist Brace?

• There are three straps on your wrist brace, positioned to give you the perfect fit. 
• Your brace should be snug around your wrist, while still allowing movement.
• The splint should sit neatly in the palm of your hand, to support your wrist and hand.
• The top of the brace should sit below your knuckles and should not rub against them.
