I was so excited about this cool wrist compression brace I had to show it to my daughter who is an OT specializing in hand therapy. Compression Gloves: Relief From Arthritis are our original Compression Gloves. They are designed by a hand therapist, and made from a mix of cotton and polyester, and spandex, to give gentle compression.
They come in 8 colors and 5 sizes (XS - XL), and the fingers are longer than on most Compression Gloves e.g they cover the pip joint at the top of the finger, with fingertips open.
The sizing is true to size as per our size chart. We recommend these if you have never tried compression gloves before, we have many reviews from people with conditions ranging from arthritis to EDS to trigger finger who have found them helpful for stabilizing joints and relieving aches and pains.
Compression Gloves: Comfy Cotton are also designed by a hand therapist. They do not contain any polyester, only cotton and spandex. The fabric is thicker, good for color weather, increasing circulation and providing support.
They come in 5 colors, and 3 sizes (S,M, L), the fingers come up a little shorter than the other gloves so more of the fingertip is peeking out, which is useful if you are doing an activity like typing.
We recommend these for people who are sensitive to polyester, and who may need firmer support.
They come up a little larger than the size chart, so work well for people with wider fingers, or with active inflammation in their hands.
They are also nice to sleep in because they have some ease if your hands swell at night, and are very breathable.

The best way to find your size, is to measure around your knuckles which are the widest part of your hand.

Can I sleep in Compression Gloves?
Yes, you can wear your Grace & Able Compression Gloves in bed.
Hands can swell up overnight, so you may find that you need to size up if you are wearing compression gloves to sleep in, or choose Compression Gloves: Comfy Cotton as they come up a little large, and have more 'ease' in them.

Do Compression Gloves accomodate hand inflammation and / or finger deformity?
The gloves have some stretch and ease to them, so they will accommodate a certain level of swelling and / or finger deformity.
They are sized to provide gentle compression for 'normal sized' hands, so we recommend buying for your hand size when it is unswollen. Here's a size chart.
Another option is to buy 2 or 3 pairs of gloves in different sizes. That way you can size up and down according to the level of inflammation in your hands.
You also get a discount when you buy more than one pair of gloves at a time. The discount is automatically applied at checkout.

How do I wash Compression Gloves?
For compression gloves, we recommend either a) hand washing in cool water and then air drying or b) washing on delicate wash in the washing machine on a low temperature and then air drying.
We do not recommend putting them in a hot wash or in the tumble dryer as they may shrink.

Can you sleep in wrist braces?
Yes, you can sleep in Grace & Able wrist braces.
Wrist braces provide support under your wrist, which stops your hands from curling into fists while you sleep.
Keeping your hand in a neutral position while you sleep can improve symptoms of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.
Will Wrist Braces accomodate hand and wrist swelling?
Our wrist braces are adjustable with straps on the back so that you can tighten or loosen them as needed.
There is a reasonable amount of give in them, so we recommend that you buy the size that is closest to your hand size when it is not swollen, as the brace should have enough ease to accommodate inflammation.

These gloves were originally bought for a Trigger Finger problem but they are wonderful for the extensive arthritis present in my hand.

The compression is not so much that after sleeping in them that become uncomfortable. Very well Made
I love my compression gloves. The medium size makes my fingers tingle until the swelling goes down from not having them on while I sleep at night. So I put the large sized ones on for a couple hours, then when my hands and fingers swelling goes down, I take them off and put the medium sized ones on and I’m good. They are a bit warm for summer, but I bought some children size ice pads, and put them inside the glove and I’m good to go again. Always there’s a way for comfort. Thank you for having the product I need.
They work well in helping with my sore hands
My friend recently broke her wrist and now that the cast is off she loves the compression and support these give her.
These were actually for my husband. He has worn the compression gloves daily and in fact only used these once! We think the compression gloves have helped keep the swelling and pain down and these were not needed (yet).

I have tried compression gloves in the past. These were given to me as a gift. I wore them on the 6 hour drive home from my vacation and they were great. Very comfortable to wear
I initially bought 3 different styles, colors and 2 different sizes to try. I have RA and hand deformity. Finding a glove that fits has been a challenge. Large & Extra Large did not work for me. Grace & Able kindly refunded me for the gloves I ordered and suggested trying their XXL limited edition. I was on vacation in another state and they actually sent it, upon my request, to that address. It fit!! I am very happy for that. I will order more when that size come into being again. I really like the compression glove for my left hand which gives me pain related to an old broken wrist injury. The compression offers stability & comfort from pain. I do not have swelling or other symptoms. I was happy to find this glove & appreciate the comfort it provides.
I love that this is so stretchy and comfortable, and it fits my hand perfectly. I don’t have to be strapped down to the couch to have an ice pack on my wrist to get the relief. I can just throw this sleeve on and get rolling with my day or whatever I am doing. The flexibility, the sleeve gives me doesn’t hold me back from anything that I’m doing, and it gives my wrist the relief it’s looking for!

these gloves are great! they fit comfortably and compress well without being suffocating, and i like the dots for extra grip. i only wish the fingers were a teeny bit longer so they could cover all joints, but i do have long fingers so that might just be a me problem. these are great for taking notes in class, playing video games, or just relaxing in bed. for the price, i’d say these are a great deal.

I like these because they aren’t too tight and yet protective .
As a physical therapist, I really think that this is a really high-quality product. I love the quality of the gel, as well as the compression effect that is not too tight and not too loose. It was easy to slide on, and it stayed on, and delivered an instant cooling sensation to my wrist area without even having been put in the fridge or freezer first. I’m definitely going to start recommending this to loved ones, and I think it’s just a great product!
